Job Description:
1. Responsible for writing and describing all the kinds of product handbook.
2. Responsible for writing, sorting and filing in all the different system data/documents, SOP and others.
3. Responsible for communicating with customer team and ensuring the product can be normal used.
4. Responsible for handling and answering the question about all the kinds of product.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, and two years of related documentation work experience.
2. Proficient at software, specializes in word processing, form processing, familiar with the presentation document processing and other related document tools.
3. Familiar with common document format and content, such as development of related documentation, user manuals etc..
4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, CET6 or above.
5. Work carefully, good communication skills, good team work spirit.
