1. 有LED或光学背景知识，及相关工作经验。
2. 根据市场需求，开拓新型产品，有敏税的市场洞悉能力。
3. 根据国外客户需求，寻找相关系列产品。
4. 有开发优质供应商的能力。同类产品中，能开发出产品好且价格性价比高的工厂。
5. 能熟悉公司所有产品，熟悉如何质量控制，并能对产品能有效的管理及归类。
6. 能吃苦耐劳，经常出差考察市场，考察工厂，参加各种展会，开拓产品。
7. 对工作有热情，喜欢自己的工作。
8. 性格成熟稳重，做事有责任心及责任感。
9. 能管理分配好自己的工作内容，有工作效率，做事井井有条。
10.英语听说读写没问题，能一般的商务对话交流沟通。
1. Have related technology or work background to Led and other illuminating products.
2. Have strong insight to market and develop new molds of products.
3. Follow foreign customers'request,can find the related products.
4. Have ability to find good factory with good quality & good price.
5. Can know company products in short time and know how to control the quality.And manage all products well.
6. Can work hard and not hate travel often. Need often go factory, go market and go fairs to find products.
7. Have passion to the job, and like the job.
8. Have mature personal character and strong responsibility.
9. Can organize your own work and improve work efficiency.
10.Have good English communication.
