Job Summary工作概要

Support the Foundry Department Manager to handle work of department and own sections;
Shoulder responsibility for Melting and Maintenance.
协助铸造部经理分管铸造部各项工作，负责管理熔炼及机修工段。

Job Responsibility工作职责

1. Support the Foundry Department Manager to handle department's work and make related production planning of workshop, finish productive tasks and each assessment criteria;
按照公司要求，协助经理工作并编制车间的生产及相关活动计划，组织部门员工按计划完成公司安排的各项工作和考核指标。

2. Attend the meetings and trainings of company and department and support the manager to complete all related action plans and handle issues of production;
参加公司及本部的有关会议及培训，协助经理完成有关活动计划，及时解决本部生产过程中的各种矛盾和问题。

3. Monitor situations of production workshop and handle different issues effectively and immediately. Strengthen the supervision in safety, quality and environment protection and prevent either safety or quality accident from happening.

深入生产现场，及时有效的协调并解决各种矛盾，加强对生产过程中安全、质量、和环境等的监管，坚决杜绝重大安全及质量事故的发生。

4. Increase productivity and get different resource organized according to the request of production and projects. Enhance the sense of cost saving, supervise operators to save energy and reduce consumption and improve quality.

根据生产和项目计划要求，合理安排调配各种资源，有效提高生产率。增强成本意识，指导员工节约降耗，降低生产成本，不断改善产品质量。

5. Help with formulating annual cost budget and accounting; strengthen the supervision to different sections. Take care of safety issue and be responsible for safety accident or equipment accident analysis and handling.
参与本部的年度费用预算及成本核算等工作，加强计划管理，负责对工段各项工作的计划、检查、监督及指导。负责安全生产及安全事故、设备事故的分析处理。

6. Arrange work of melting workshop according to production schedule and finish production tasks of metling, pouring and shaking and so as scheduled; edit and implement the equipment management regulation, manage equipments and do the supervision for maintenance of equipments and daily maintenance to assure best support for the production.
负责按计划和需求安排熔炼车间生产，按时保质保量完成熔炼、浇注、开箱等生产任务；制定并实施设备管理制度，管理车间生产设备，督导实施计划保养和日常维修，为生产提供良好的保障。

7. Responsible for collecting and transferring information and should take charge of the exactitude; Responsible for the communication between different departments and sections.
负责职责范围内各种信息汇总、统计及反馈，对自身提供信息的准确性负责；负责与公司各相关及对口部门的联系、沟通和协调。

8. Support department manager to arrange different trainings to improve operators’ skills such as technical skill, safety instruction and quality issue. Take care of all colleagues and establish a united and harmony team.
协助部门经理对员工进行操作技能、安全规范、质量意识等的培训；关心下属，努力营造团结、向上、健康、和谐的工作氛围。

Position Competency岗位胜任要求

1. College or above, Foundry related major is preferred.

大专或以上学历，铸造相关专业

2. Has related work experience of more than eight years and foundry industry background is preferred. Be familiar with foundry production process, intermediate frequency furnace process and also related laws and regulations.
具有8年或以上相关工作经验，铸造行业背景为佳。具有中频电炉熔炼工作经验，熟悉铸造生产工艺流程及行业相关法律法规。

3. Be familiar with foundry equipments and devices, working theory and electrical theory and so on, with good organization and maintenance ability, do the effective management for the equipments and maintenance.
熟悉铸造设备机修原理及电气原理等，具有较强的组织能力和维修指挥能力，能够对设备及维修进行有效管理。

4. Know, carry out and implement tasks assigned by the superior.
理解并贯彻领导意图，良好的执行能力。

5. Good command of the communication, and also the ability of the independent analysis and problem solving.
良好的沟通协调能力，具备现场独立分析和解决问题的能力。

6. Familiar with the requirement of ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007.
熟悉ISO14001:2004&OHSAS18001:2007体系要求。
