工作职责：
1. 负责有效地进行采购订单的核对，货物状态的跟进和其他查询工作。
2. 负责与供应商对采购订单进行跟进，合理制定订单和发货时间表。
3. 负责独立协调和管理集团货物从装运、通关到抵达目的地的国际进出口全过程，并及时将货物状态的第一手资料交与相关部门。进行统筹批量生产进度并进行成品出货协调。
4. 负责制定合理的采购计划进行产品采购，并进行成本分析以确保竞争力。
5. 负责独立的与财务部门对出口国家与海外供应商进行付款跟进。
6. 负责与货运代理商进行运费商谈，并验证货运发票。
7. 负责准备包括收货记录报告在内的各项文件，并跟进船务文件以确保进口清关。
8.负责更新季度进口物流报告和月度订单报告。
9. 负责编制库存报告，协助库存规划和进行循环盘点，并对盘点和审核结果进行验证。
10. 其他相关的工作。

Duties and Responsibilities
1 To correspond and follow up on purchase orders, shipment status and other enquires efficiently and tactfully.
2 To follow up with suppliers on purchase orders, able to plan order and shipping schedules.
3 To coordinate and manage group international import and export shipment from pre-arrival,
custom clearance to delivery independently; and to provide first hand information to relevant departments on shipment status. Co-ordinate with production schedule for bulk and finished goods delivery.
4 Group purchase / procurement of products according to purchase schedule / plan forecast in
order to perform cost analysis to ensure competitiveness.
5 Able to work independently with Finance Department on payment tracking from
export countries and to overseas suppliers.
6 To negotiate shipping rates with forwarding agents and verify freight invoices.
7 To prepare Report such as Goods Receipt Note Report, and follow up on shipping document to ensure smooth import clearance.
8 To update quarterly import, export logistics reports and monthly PO reports.
9 To prepare and compile Inventory Report, assist in inventory planning and conduct cycle counts, stock takes and audits to verify results.
10 Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
