职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Review the documents submitted by the manufacturers/suppliers, including applicable drawings, raw material certificates, technical /process documents, WPS/PQR, personnel qualification, inspection or testing records/reports, etc;
2. Carry out the workshop inspections/process quality controls for raw material, equipment of hydropower, wind power, thermal/gas power, nuclear power, boiler, pressure vessel, piping, various steel structures, chemical equipment, oil & gas facilities, as well as other industrial products;
3. Follow up or monitor the manufacturing progress and delivery schedule;
4. Perform vendor assessment and evaluation their supply capabilities, qualifications and management if necessary;
5. Provide technical consulting services on materials, welding, qualifications, installations, standards and quality solutions, etc.;
6. Prepare the related inspection report, and release note for the finished goods as well.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering related, such as materials, welding, NDE, chemical machinery and power engineering, etc;
2. At least 5 years work experiences in the related fields;
3. Material, NDE or welding background with applicable certificates will be preferable;
4. Foreign company or oversea project experiences will be preferable;
5. Better understanding about the management system, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc.;
6. Be familiar with the China standards, especially the international standards, such as, ASME, ASTM, AWS, EN, IEC, etc.;
7. Be familiar with the manufacturing process about the industrial products or equipment;
8. Know well about the quality control process, including the quality documents involved;
9. Excellent oral English communication skills and English reporting for daily works;
10. Open and good interpersonal communication skills with the clients or manufacturers/suppliers;
11. Skillful personal computer application for daily reporting work in English;
12. Good health and be willing to travel often within China or oversea.

2. 对原材料, 水电，风电，火电，核电设备, 压力容器, 管道, 各种钢结构, 化工设备, 油气设施以及其它工业产品进行车间检验/过程质量控制;
3. 跟踪和监督产品制造过程，并报告进度情况；
4. 如有需要, 对供应商的供货能力和管理体系作现场评审；
5. 对材料，焊接，工艺和资格评定，现场安装，标准和质量方案提供咨询服务；
6. 编写检验报告，并对完工产品开具质量放行单.
要求:
1. 大专及以上学历, 机械工程相关专业如机械设计, 材料, 焊接, 无损检测, 化工机械及电力工程等;
2. 3年以上相关领域的工作经验;
3. 材料, 无损检测或焊接背景，持有效证者优先;
4. 有外资公司或海外项目工作经验者优先；
5. 熟悉企业的管理体系, 如ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001等;
6. 熟悉相关国家GB标准，特别是常用的国际标准, 如ASME, AWS, ASTM, EN, IEC等;
7. 熟悉工业产品或设备的制造工艺;
8. 熟悉过程质量控制程序, 包括相关的文件等;
9. 良好的英语交流能力以应对日常的检验任务;
10. 开放、出色的人际沟通技能，可与客户或制造商保持良好的交流；
11. 熟练的计算机能力以完成英文检验报告;
12. 身体健康, 并愿意经常出差, 包括国内或国外.
