Responsibility:
-Optimize the supply situation based on forecast upside/downside to support rolling demand
-Work with purchase department to obtain commitment from supplier(s), both domestic and international, help purchase department to follow up purchasing process.
-Follow materials engineer change and update demand accordingly as well as take the stock into account
-Work out weekly production plan based on PO plan and actual status
-Coordinate with buyer to work out material plan and place PO
-Define and suggest safety stock and inventory level
-Coordinate with warehouse for the stock data
-Special product plan & machine demand arrangement
-Continuousely work on data accurate and improve inventory level, review stock on hand and reduce excess and slow moving inventory
-Implementation and continuous improvement of policies, processes and tools


Requirements:
-Bachelor degree holder or above
-Minimum 2 years related working experience--Preferred
-High proficiency in Excel
-Ability to react quickly and deliver on time
-Good communication skill
-Planning and scheduling skills, ERP Skills, Microsoft office competencies, communication skill, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-ERP / SAP experience
-Good verbal (both English & Mandarin) and written communication skills
-Team player
-Willing to work under huge pressure
-Initiative in challenge and adaptive to ever changing environment

the factory located in Tinglin Industry Park, JinShan Distric, Shanghai. we have shuttle bus pick up and deliver at metro station LianHua Road, the single trip is 35minutes. the candidate need to consider the distance to submit your resume.
