真空产品/技术支持工程师Vacuum Product/Tech Support Engineer
直属上级：真空业务单元经理/产品工程部经理Vacuum LOB Mgr/Product Engineering Mgr
主要职责：
- 售前技术支持
与客户进行询价参数确认、了解应用，结合工况进行设计计算及选型，提供技术方案，组织技术交流，签订技术协议；辅助销售进行；
- 订单跟进
对已签订合同的机组进行方案细化设计、提供BOM清单，协调各部门配合加工、制造、测试等，编写校核合同所需资料，监督控制合同进度；
- 真空机组设计优化、制造改善
对现有设计进行人性化改进，细化制造要求，改善制造工艺，逐步提高机组质量；
- 日常技术支持
针对于来自销售团队、分销商、客户等的日常专业知识询问、真空应用咨询、计算选型等问题的解答，以及产品分析对比等；其他方面支持如样本、说明书、市场宣传等；
- 技术培训
根据需要进行的有组织的专业知识介绍、产品介绍、应用介绍、案例分享等；
- 主管临时交办的其他工作
任职要求：
- 真空、流体机械类专业，本科及以上学历；
- 五年以上真空行业产品技术/应用工作经验；
- 优秀的学习适应能力，良好的协调沟通能力、解决问题能力、敬业精神与团队合作精神；
- 英语熟练；
- 熟练应用Office办公软件；
- 工作地：嘉定南翔基地，适应出差。
