Sr Process Development engineer position is responsible for assemble and process development for vascular therapy interventional related product at prototype and mass production phase, fulfill the product quality and manufacture yield requirement.

Responsibilities:

Process Development on vascular therapy interventional related product. Including:
? Develop assemble method and process for new product, including tooling/ fixture design and equipment selection.
? Debugging of new equipment, tooling and fixture.
? Set-up Prototype/ pilot/mass manufacture line.
? Lead and execute process FMEA and process validation activity.
? Output SOP, process validation report as well as other necessary Doc.
? Technical sustaining for launched product.
? Coach fresh process engineer and technical.
? Strong practical and analytical capacity and creatively problem solving ability.
? Clearly thinking, and effectively Listen and communicate ability
? Good technical document writing ability
? Good at self-study
? Drive for Results


Requirements:

? More than 3 years’ process development work experience, and prefer disposal medical device related product.
? Familiar with main medical device process, tooling & fixture and equipment for Interventional device manufacture, such as welding (thermal, RF, laser and etc.), extrusion, injection, heat treatment, heat shrink, laser cut.
? Familiar with typical material for Interventional device, such as Nitinal, Pt/Ir, 304SS, Pebax, Nylon, PC, PTFE and etc.
? Master of process Validation and PFEMA management
? At least one project process experience, Disposal medical device process development related experience is preferred.

Education and Experience:
1, Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, polymer engineering, Biomaterial Technology or other related technical discipline.
2, Fluently English skill including oral, reading and writing.
