岗位要求：
1、药学、临床或医学专业、财务或经济专业等大专以上学历；
2、掌握财务会计相关知识，熟悉临床医疗知识或医保系统相关知识者优先；
3、性格开朗，具有良好的沟通协调能力；
4、年龄45岁以下，有医院从业经验，有医疗纠纷处理经验者优先。

5、本公司主要面向国外客户，良好的英语沟通能力是必须具备的。
岗位职责：
1、负责门诊部医保工作，包括医保诊疗项目、药品目录等对应录入工作，医保病人费用监督提醒等；
2、负责每月医保运行构成的分析与总结；
3、协助财务收费处的工作；
4、负责社保政策知识的培训及医保病人医保结算系统的培训；
5、负责医护人员注册变更等手续的办理；
6、医疗卫生相关审批手续的办理。
