1.任职资格：
大学专科及以上学历（船舶、海洋工程、焊接及机械工程等专业）
大专三年或者本科两年以上船舶、海洋工程从业经验
熟悉焊接、机加工、结构装配、液压系统等建造工艺
熟悉行业规范、检验流程/标准以及船级社规范等
熟练使用英语，办公自动化软件
有责任心、良好的沟通和协调能力、有较强的团队精神
具有船舶、海工领域两年以上项目管理经验者优先

2.工作职责：
配合项目经理完成项目的整体执行
准备相关的施工程序文件和技术规格书
在项目的分包商或者场地担任现场代表，对项目进度及建造过程中的质量进行检查和控制
能够完成项目各个节点的质量检验并负责客户及船级社相关检验的安排和协调
定期到建造现场出差，跟踪和控制项目的质量和进度
配合项目经理完成项目最终检验和交付
