Required Duties Or Accountabilities.

1. To prepare cheque in accordance with approved vouchers and pay suppliers in accordance with agreed payment terms

2. Upload description on bank account.

3. Be responsible for filing and storing FA vouchers.

4. Be responsible for non-trade service tax declaration..

5. Keep good relation and contact with Banks.

6. Keep company petty cash, cheque, invoices, invoices chop, finance chop, bank guarantee from suppliers, vouchers and accounting documents safety.

7. Other assignments.

Job Requirements. (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, etc.)

1. Colleague above and major in finance, accounting or economics

2. Familiar with word, excel etc

3. Understand written English article related to finance and accounting, can orally communicate with employees and suppliers for payment issue in English.

4. Familiar with SAP system environment is a plus

5. Certificate for accounting professional is a plus

6. Be a good team player
