Solution Consultant involves in leading the delivering Covisint Asia Pacific customer projects/requests.
Manage Covisint deployment/technical issues that may have surfaced and to ensure a quality and timely resolution.
Develops and recommends solutions and strategies for technical solutions based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs and existing systems infrastructure.
Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for customer delivery project(s).
Responsibility for managing the project timeline and interface with the technical delivery team.
Additionally, responsibilities would include managing partners (IT and other service providers) involved in projects.
Driving and initiating other new business initiatives with customers
Required Skills/Competencies:
Experience in Technical Project Management.
Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry is a plus Strong communication skills for customer business and technical interaction, good English is a must.
Ability to manage and deliver a large customer projects in a limited time frame within budget.
Experience leading the development of Web-based applications.
Documented experience with designing large enterprise mission critical systems.
Knowledge of web services technologies and experience with service-oriented architectures.
Candidate must have prior experience as a developer, and current demonstrated technical experience
Ability to navigate, coordinate and lead projects across a number of cross functional teams (Internal and External)
Ability and desire to operate in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
