工作职责：


1. To dedicate to different kind of Production Projects (engineering and serial production) on following area
在以下领域，要全身心地投入到不同的生产项目（工程和批量生产）
2. Early involvement in project and work proactively with cross-functional team members to ensure lowest project
procurement cost;
参与项目的前期，积极的配合不同部门的工作，以确保最低的项目采购成本）
3. Independent sourcing of potential suppliers for parts and systems and initiate potential supplier shortlist for project team
assessment and qualification;
为项目团队的评估和考核创建潜在的零部件和系统供应商）
4. Providing technical data (e.g. 3D models of products from potential suppliers, technical features of potential products)
based on the requirements of the Project Team
基于项目团队的要求，提供技术资料（例如来自潜在供应商的3D模型、潜在产品的技术参数）。
5. Assessment of technical details provided by the potential supplier and prepare analysis as basis for purchase decisions
concerning technical features, dimensions and financial aspects
评估潜在供应商的技术数据，以对方的技术参数，生产规模和财务状况等方面作为依据，选择供应商。）
6. Qualified assessment of prices provided by potential suppliers（合理评估供应商提供的价格）
7. Initiate potential supplier assessment (PSA), supplier qualification assessment and select qualified suppliers to meet
project and department requirements with project team;
（初步了解评估供应商，为项目和项目工作组评估供应商资格，选择合格供应商）
8. Propose, recommend and implement suitable strategies to obtain a competitive advantage in commercial terms such as
cost, quality, delivery, payment term etc.

9. Implement continuous cost reduction programs in order to achieve savings within the programme runtime
（以实现在项目运行时节省开支）
10 Permanently exploit new supplier alternatives to achieve significant advantages in serial delivery
（不断的寻求新的供应商，以实现在一系列的交货中体现竞争优势。）
11. Independent negotiation of contracts for work and materials 独立的工作和物料的合同谈判
12. To develop supplier base and monitor supplier's performance and encourage supplier to keeping up with continuous
improvement on cost and service;
（开发供应商的基础，监督供应商的绩效，鼓励供应商不断的降低成本，完善服务。）
13. To develop and manage collaborative relationships with suppliers to reduce total costs and improve performance of
supply chain;与供应商发展和管理合作关系，以保能降低总成本和提高供应连绩效
14 Responsible for RFQ（负责要求的报价）



b. 任职资格：

1. Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent tertiary qualification with rich experience in different industries and
areas, e.g. Automotive, Tool making, Moulding, mechanical production parts, hydraulics, etc. (at least 10 years and above)
机械工程专业学士学位或者在不同的行业领域有丰富经验的大专学历，如汽车行业，工具制造，模具成型，机械零部件生产，液
压等（10年及以上工作经验）
2. Strong experience on negotiation and supplier management required (at least 5 years relevant working experience);

3. Sense of responsibility, Strong personality and high skill for teamwork as well as work under pressure;

4. Familiar with project engineering procedures as well as serial delivery（熟悉项目工程和一系列交货程序）
5. Knowledge in VDA delivery systematic advantageous拥有知识关于交付系统的优势
6. Being capable of understanding the requirements of each task and be able to effect those requirements efficiently with-in a
team environment but also be equally comfortable working alone

7. The applicant would also ideally contain a hands-on element to their experience and provide a good knowledge of general

8. Using the strong time management skills and ability to apply efficient priorities it is required be able to handle large

10. Basic knowledge of Catia V5 as well as the ability to read 2d drawings are indispensable

11. Being able to communicate fluent in English, both written and verbal, as well as in electronic mediums such as Lotus
Notes, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.
