Responsibility岗位职责:

-根据用户需求说明内容，转换成系统概要设计，包括功能点设计、数据实体设计、功能流转过程设计等
-主导应用系统需求分析与客户需求调研，准确理解和分析客户需求，参与编写《用户需求说明书》、汇报方案等文档
-项目管理

Requirements岗位要求：

-大学本科，计算机相关专业，具有仓储物流或制造业物流的3年以上的工作背景
－掌握软件工程中对于需求获取、需求分析、需求变更的相关理论知识。
－掌握面向过程、面向对象的需求分析和设计方法。
－掌握概念数据模型、逻辑数据模型、物理数据模型的基本理论概念及设计要求。
－熟悉集成测试、系统测试、回归测试的基本理论概念。
－有带领小型团队（3~5人）经验者优先，有大型外企工作经验者优先
－英语熟练，有良好团队协作精神
