工作职责：

1 负责售前、售中、售后整个环节的技术相关工作安排；
2 统筹售后服务人员的工作安排；
3 参与公司老产品改进及新产品开发的合理化意见；
4 负责客户保修的上门服务。
5 负责有关技术标准化文件的编写；
