助理建筑师

助理建筑师需具备建筑设计的能力，掌握项目基础设施结构的细部和了解国内的基础设施规范。助理建筑师/助理技术建筑师需辅助建筑师在团队内部及团队外部之间的沟通。他/她应有深化概念，准备设计及绘制图纸，制作模型的能力。另外，助理建筑师/助理技术建筑师的职责还包括记录会议纪要、准备资料和文件，协助建筑师整合和核算其所需要的数据。

经验/技能

-建筑学或相关专业大专或本科以上学历

-虚心好学，有上进心

-流利的中英文口语及书面交流水平

-较高的可靠度和稳定性

-熟练使用Autocad，sketchup等相关设计软件，会Revit软件者优先

-有相关工作经验或外企工作经验者优先

Junior Architect

The Junior Architect is required to design and be familiar with the detail of project infrastructure and domestic architectural regulations. He/She should be able to develop ideas, prepare designs and drawings as well as make working models. Part of their responsibilities include taking meeting minutes and prepare texts and files, compile data and perform computations to support project manager. The Junior Architect reports to the Project Manager.

experience / skills

_ College / Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture, Urban Planning or related field

_ modest, studious, and have the desire to do better

_ high level of english, written and oral, is a must

_ high reliability and trustworthy

_ fully conversant with drafting in Autocad and sketchup, expertise in Revit is preferred

_ with related working experience or working experience in foreign company is preferred
