As a Release Manager, you’ll play a major role planning & coordinating in various FERMAT applications initiatives rollout. You will be involved in a dynamic global team with business analysts, project managers, business stakeholders and other technical experts across multiple locations in Singapore, Chennai and Tianjin TEDA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

? Plan, manage and stabilize releases
? Oversees the process by which the production environment is updated, upgraded and maintained.
? Liaise between application development and production for release management control.
? Coordinates release program activities and functions as a subject matter expert in release management
? Acts as the gatekeeper to the production environment, ensuring consistency in policies and operational procedures, release integration testing and production validation
? Experience with SCB process frameworks and methodologies is a plus
? Strong abilities on problem solving and constructive thinking.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
? Strong skills on communication in both written and oral English

Preferable:

? More than 5 years in Change / Release Management capacity with reputable Financial Institution.
? Certified Project Manger.
? Candidates with Data Warehouse project implementation exposure
? Domain knowledge on financial instruments and risk management
