Role's Mission:
Lead Operations team, run customers' systems at high levels of performance, security, and reliability. Bring excellence in operations, efficiency, and leadership. Also build, grow and manage a team of junior engineers. Build infrastructure and procedures to manage customers' servers at world-class levels.

Responsibilities:
Ensure outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate Operational Excellence in team leading, self-discipline, organization, meeting and process.
Continual thinking and innovation in improving the team and Operations
Ensure stable functioning of Task Management / Execution system and process
Manage the accurate procedures on Wiki (need to understand more what it is)
Monitor accurate execution of processes and procedures
Motivate and develop engineers, pro-actively prevent conflicts and promote teamwork.
Organize technical training for junior engineers
Cooperate with the HR Department to hire and manage A-players in the Operations team

Qualifications:
Good communication in Chinese and English
Professional dress and demeanor.
More than 5 years Operations management experience in IT Industry, Internet system management experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills
Technical knowledge in IT, Linux, or server operations is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams.
