Job Responsibilities:

1. Harmonize local plants Chemical/Capex purchasing activities.

2. Implemented the Supplier Development Programs and used it to enhance the supplier’s performance

3. Responsible for the suppliers overall performance. Negotiate global pricing, credit limits, and payment terms that are favorable to the company.

4. Evaluate value proposition and competencies, recommending the most desirable suppliers.

5. Create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement.

6. Support MM HQ commodity specialist.

Job Requirements:

1. 5-year relevant working experiences preferably in a Foreign Invested Company.
2. Strong communication skill and Good negotiations skills.
3. Working knowledge of supplier Chain.
4. Fluent English in speaking and writing is must.
5. Excellent Computer skills (excel/Power point etc).
6. Bachelor degree in Chemical /Capex engineering is preferable.
7. Specific expertise in Chemical commodity: resin, plastic parts, tooling, rubber parts.
8. Capex purchasing knowledge is plus
