职位描述

Main Responsibilities
? Serve as the primary Technical Service professional for Adhesives customers associated with the hot melt market segment in Asia.
? Accompany Account Managers and representatives on customer visits and serve as the main technical contact for customers.
? Through customer visits, identify opportunities in focus customer segments to develop TS programs to advance the commercial needs and serve as the primary liaison between customers and the technical service lab.
? Participate on Customer Segmentation Teams working closely with Commercial team to interview customers and identify competency and TS needs.
? Serve as the primary product and technology Trainer for hot melt adhesives both internally and externally (customers, distributors, agents).

Additional Responsibilities
? Interact frequently with Commercial team members (Sales and Marketing).
? Provide formulation and application assistance to customers and internal commercial.
? As Adhesives Application Specialist, help develop solutions for customer problems that advance our commercial objectives in China.
? Continue to develop formulation and application knowledge in all adhesion areas.
? Provide guidance in building the lab expertise to meet customer needs in the target areas.
? Identify new applications or product development needs for Adhesives.
? Communicate frequently with your peers in EU and US, and outside the company.

Requirement
?>5 years Hands-on experience on hotmelt adhesive test and compounding
?packaging and PSA Hotmelt adhesive experience is preferred.
?Oral and written English is needed for travelling in different countries, and internal communication.
?Willing to travel frequently
