1. Responsibilities
？ Explore the potential technical and business partners among 2W and 4W manufacturers for both domestic China and global market.
？ Make an appointment to those manufacturers to initiate the discussion to be a long term partner.
？ Find out the opportunities to be a technical and/or business partner with those manufacturers.
？ Prepare and provide a presentation to those manufacturers to let them understand the value of MOTUL.
？ Report the progress of the relationship development with the manufacturers to the immediate superior in timely manner.
？ Support the technical service team to conduct the technical training to distributors, shops and sales team including MOUTL School.

2. Necessary experience
？ At least 3 year experience as a field engineer or sales engineer in the lubricant business.
？ Proactively communicate to customers and colleagues
？ Team work oriented.
？ Good in English writing/reading and speaking.
