Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the management and process optimization of warehouses.
2.Plan and organize the receiving and shipping. Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and safety of the logistics.
3.Manage the warehouse department. Foster effective communications with QC, production, sales, purchasing and finance departments.
4.In charge of the archiving of received and shipped orders.
5.Organize and keep improving the layout of warehouses. Manage the locations of products in an effective way to maximize the utility of warehouses.
6.Take charge of inventory control. Ensure the accuracy of inventory.
7. Manage inventory level. Reorder items on a daily basis.
Requirements:
1. 4-year’s degree or above. Logistics or supply chain related majors.
2. 5+ years of work experience. 3+ experience in warehouse management.
3. Experience using an ERP system. Familiar with exporting process.
4. Familiar with warehouse and logistics operation. Familiar with planning for receiving and shipping.
5. Very good or fluent spoken English.
6. Experience with Lean KanBan, a plus.
7. Experience with shipping and receiving small technological parts, a plus.
