工作职责：
1． 负责公司新产品的开发设计，从概念性阶段到产品量产阶段；
2． 可以检讨ID设计，给出建议，以确保后续设计，生产顺利进行；
3. 把ID的构想转换成产品，能根据产品要求独立完成产品设计；
4. 生产线试产阶段设计问题分析解决。

任职资格：
1. 本科或以上学历，5年以上工作经验，机械相关专业；
2. 熟悉婴幼儿产品的设计，安全规范、模具和生产；
3. 熟悉新产品开发流程，有婴幼儿产品和家电产品结构设计经验优先；
4. 熟练应用Pro/e，AutoCAD等设计软件，熟练DFMEA，有公差分析的能力；
5. 思维活跃，勤学上进，责任心强，有团队工作精神。
6. 英语听说读写良好。

China:    Shanghai: one facility in Jiading, is a injection molding facility, the estimate investment is around 25-30 million US/$) (The Shanghai Jiading facility was established in 2004, has 1200 employees, 68 molding machines, two side-by-side building at around 12,000 square meters, class 100K clean room, assembly, painting, and other secondary processes such as pad printing, heat staking, sonic welding, etc.
