Main Responsibilities
1、Solving queries of partners by calls or emails；
2、Coordinating with the other teams to prepare necessary materials as per the cooperation program；
3、 Following up programfrequently, make sure everything proceed as schedule；
4、 Keep tabs on the Table Tennis developmentto stay up-to-date on the latest news and programs；

5、Translating English documents as required。

Key competencies
1、 bachelor degree or above in any major；

2、Customer Service related experience is preferred；

3、Proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment and with Microsoft Office；

4、Excellent English language skills (oral & written, TEM-4/CET-6 or above)；

5、Ability to work in a fast changing environment，being flexible to the work time arrangement。
