Summary:

DataYes is seeking innovative, technical savvy and highly motivated product manager to join our product management team. As a product manager you will help to drive product roadmap, design, development and market demand. You will help to define product concepts and strategies, articulate workflows and requirements, and working with design and engineering team to execute and deliver. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be passionate about delivering products that are compelling and demonstrate value to customers in financial market.

Responsibilities:

· Managing the entire product life cycle from product planning to tactical activities

· Define product roadmap and requirements by conducting on-going market analysis through customer and non-customer interactions

· Maintain a product calendar of prioritized features and work with an engineering counterpart to define each product release requirements and ensure product releases are delivered according to plan

· Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. Serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

· Coordinate product launch activities

Requirements:

· BS in Computer Science or equivalent field

· 3+ years of related experience in software product management

· In-depth knowledge of product design and development process

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment

· Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written); good interpersonal skills; Be able to work with all areas of the company

· Strong contributor with high motivation, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance

· Specific knowledge of the China investment industry preferred
