应用技术经理(饮料或乳品)Technical Category Manager (Beverage or Dairy)

Mission:
As a senior professional role to lead project management from application side, and work closely with cross functional team (ACM's, Marketing, Creation) to provide best service to related clients and win projects. To support Category Strategy from technical side to ensure the successful execution of related category strategies. Ensure highly professional lab management and HSE compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Select and recommend the flavor for client brief requirements
- Develop beverages or Dairy formulations and application samples based on brief requirement, industrial standards and country specific requirements
- prepare application samples for client submission
- Visit clients for sample submissions, presentations, trouble shootings etc
- Prepare and lead client's technical presentations
- Technical contact for certain key clients/categories
- Lead on the project execution including cross functional teams, establish close partnership with account managers, category teams (flavourist and marketing, Sensory & Consumer insight), other departments
- understand, use and promote collection
- Run stability tests and check flavor solubility according to established protocol
- Realize analysis (Brix, pH...) with laboratory equipments; keep good record of formulation and other work documentaitons
- Respect good laboratory practices following established HSE rules
- Guide and coach Application Technologist in daily project and personal development
- operate lab equipment in a professional manner, and organize repair/purchase/maintains of equipment as needed

Capabilities
- University or above level, Major in Food science, Flavor, Chemistry are preferred.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Flavor Application, R&D department in beverage or dairy industry, preferably in the multinational companies
- solid technical expertise with Flavor application, especially in beverage or Dairy
- Capable of handling multiple projects with good quality in a methodical manner, within short deadlines;
- - Pro-active, Accurate and well organized
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Enthusiastic, open-minded and good team player
- Fluent in English, Computer literate (MS Office)
- Willing to travel (30% time)
