职位描述：
向学员推荐英语提升解决方案，完成公司既定的销售目标。
1.及时处理客户资料，了解客户需求，从而帮助客户制定个人英语学习计划并推荐学习课程
2.深入了解公司英文培训系统，遵守标准销售流程，正确使用客户管理系统和销售工具，积极参加培训，不断提升销售技巧
3.通过专业的沟通，完成既定的销售目标
4.和客服人员配合，积极维护客户关系，保证客户满意度

职位要求：
1.两年以上销售工作经验，善于承受压力。熟悉教育培训行业尤佳。
2.较强的沟通能力和应变能力，能够始终保持专业的形象
3.较强的学习能力，积极进取的工作态度 ，不断提升自身能力
4.本科以上学历，较强的英文能力
5.熟悉office软件操作
6、大专、本科未拿到毕业证的不考虑。
7、不接受适当加班的不考虑。
8、一定要周末双休或固定哪天一定要休息的不考虑。

Course Sales Consultant

Job Description:
To describe Englishtown’s English learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales targets
.
To regularly communicate with customers in an effort to understand their personal language learning requirements and using this information to assist the customer in developing their personal study plan in accordance with EF recommendations. This requires the timely updating of all customer information in the systems provided by EF.
.
To fully understand Englishtown’s products and programs, comply with standardized sales policies and processes and to actively participate in ongoing sales training programs and seminars.
To actively communicate with colleagues in other departments, including customer service, to maintain relationships and increase customer satisfaction

Job requirements:
1, 2+ years sales experience and proven ability to perform under pressure. Experience in education and training is a plus.
2, Outgoing and flexible approach to problems, strong written and spoken communication skills, and above all maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
3, A belief in life long learning and the desire to continually improve your own skills.
4. Bachelor degree, strong English ability.
5. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
