Responsibilities:
-Proactively provide a quality service to Australian customer & buyers for the sourcing, ordering and on time shipment of product

-Ensure all merchandises deliver products to the Brands at competitive prices, at the right time.
-Define quality control plan with suppliers and secure product quality
-Guarantee key performance indicators and reach targets
-Global negotiation on quality/ cost/ delivery
-Oversee and check all development projects between buyers and merchandisers
Requirements:
-University graduate with relevant working experience with global market exposure
-At least 3/4 years working experience in knit ladies area, be familiar with production and supplier management

-Experience to work with overseas buyers independently
-Familiar with quality standards & strong sourcing background
-Sound knowledge of related product category and technical requirements
-Strong negotiation and influencing skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
-Well-versed in computer application - MS office
-Frequent travel within local China is required
