岗位职责：

1）协助市场人员完成客户要求的市场调研项目方案的设计及撰写；

2）项目所需问卷的设计；

3）与其他部门协调沟通，以确保项目顺利执行；

4）对收集到的调研数据进行分析处理，并撰写项目报告；

5）在项目过程中保持与客户密切交流，根据客户的需求及时调整工作内容；

6）向客户进行项目报告的公开陈述，并解答客户相关疑问；

7）遵守公司各项规章制度，配合部门日常管理；


岗位要求：

1）本科或以上学历；

2）性格稳重，做事认真仔细，有耐心；

3）一定的英语阅读、会话能力，CET-4或以上；

4）良好的沟通能力、组织协调能力、公开陈述能力；

5）良好的学习能力和分析能力，以及团队合作精神；

6）能熟练使用Office软件（EXCEL）；

7）了解常用的调研方法，能进行一般的数据分析（SPSS）；

8）熟练掌握用图示、图表、图片等元素制作PPT；

9）具有良好的责任心，优秀的团队合作精神、创新挑战精神；


具备以下条件者，您可能会被优先考虑：

1、熟悉某个产业领域者；

2、有在市场调研行业从业经验者；

3、有统计、营销、市场等专业背景者；

4、优秀的英语会话能力、熟练使用统计软件者；

5、有广告设计经验，具备一定的审美能力；
