Responsibilities:

1.Work in shop or travel to various sites across the nation to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and project.

2.Assemble, install, test and calibrate equipment to ensure they are working correctly and conform with regulations and safety requirements.

3.To provide technical consultation, call feedback and field service to customer;

4.Insure workshop and equipment operation in accordance with interrelated industry and quality criteria;

5.Keeping the field service supervisor up to date on workshop or site progress, problems, delays, etc;

6.Ensure all jobs can be implemented with the proper documentation which will cover quality record, working process record and spare parts in and out registration.

7.Perform commissioning/start-up activities in shop or rig site.

8.Abide by company’s confidential agreement on technical document and drawings.

9. Understands NOV's products, capabilities and limitations in sufficient detail to be able to develop service offerings that meet customer needs

10.Provide technical service and support regarding installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and overhaul (include Top Drive IDS-4A、IDS-8A、TDS-9/10/11SA, Draw works, Power Swivel, Iron Roughneck etc. ) to customers in China

11.Provide before-sales technical support to sales department.

12.Translating and filling for relevant technical files.

13.Other relevant jobs entitled by field service manager.



Qualifications：

1、University degree, Major in mechanical engineering.

2、Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences (preferably in mechanical on-site service).

3、Fluent English both in written and oral.

4、Be willing to travel frequently.

5、Strong capability to analysis, to solve problem independently. Good communication skill, strong spirit of customer service and team work.
