职位描述
职责/ Responsibilities：
1、 按照公司质量体系流程的要求，工作上对部门经理负责，根据工程部经理的安排，从事液压方面的设计开发、应用等设计工作/engage in hydraulic design & development and application etc. according to the requirements of company quality system flow chart and the arrangements of engineering department，reporting to the department manager;
2、 根据工程部经理的安排，配合项目工程师和产品工程师进行项目/产品的工作，或提供技术支持；
To work under the instruction the project/production engineer after being assigned by engineering manager, or to provide technical support for the project/product.
3、 从事公司新开发产品的液压部分的开发工作，参与产品液压的方案设计，负责按照设计方案实现液压零部件等的细节设计及选型，包括设计计算、方案确定、图纸设计等工作/engage in development activities in hydraulic aspects of newly developed product, to participate in product hydraulic protocol design, also responsible for implementing the detailed design and selection of hydraulic parts & components according to the design protocol, including design calculation, protocol determination, and drawing design etc.
4、 根据美国来图的转化原则，从事公司美国来图转化产品的液压部分的工作，并主动搜集资料，解决转化工程中可能出现的不一致性，确保图纸转化的科学性和准确性/engage in the hydraulic work for the USA incoming drawing to transform into product according to the transformation principle of USA incoming drawing, and to collect information to solve possible nonconformity occurred during transformation, and to ensure scientificity and accuracy of drawing transformation;
5、 按照部门工作分工安排，对产品图纸进行设计、绘制、检查、审核，并与其他工程师协作，使液压部分和机械、结构和电气控制等其他部分有机结合，协调推进工作进展/design, draft, check, and review the product drawing according to the department labor division and arrangements, and to coordinate with other engineers to enable hydraulic part to combine with other parts such as mechanical, structural, and
electrical control, and to coordinate forwarding work improvement;
6、 绘制设计图纸应做到基础资料、设计参数齐全准确，计算方法、计算数据、计算结果准确无误，图面清晰，文字简练通顺/When drafting the design drawing, the basic information and design parameter shall be complete and accurate, the calculation method, data, and results shall be accurate, the drawing shall be clear and the words shall be simple;
7、 对产品开发阶段的外协加工制造和采购提供技术支持，制定制造加工的技术协议和采购技术协议，参与产品设计验证过程并负责设计的规格书编制，检验规程和工程BOM编制，按规定完成质量体系要求的设计记录/provide technology support for outsourcing processing and purchasing during product development period, to establish production & processing technical agreement and purchasing technical agreement, to participate in product design verification, also responsible for establishing plan specifications, test procedures and engineering BOM, and completing design records needed for the quality system.
8、 对出厂的产品提供技术支持，包括技术咨询、故障分析等/provide technical support for ex-factory product, including technical consulting and failure analysis etc.
9、 对项目工程师和产品工程师提供技术支持/provide technical support for project engineer and product engineer
参与产品液压部分的生产、调试的工作，在产品生产、调试阶段对生产部门提供技术支持/engage in production and commissioning in hydraulic aspects of product, provide technology support for production during manufacturing and commissioning period.

要求/Requirement:
？ 机械工程学士学位或者有同等学力，有液压工程经验者优先；/Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, Hydraulic engineering experience preferred;
？ 3年以上液压系统或零件设计的工作经验；
Min. 3 years working experiences in hydraulic system or parts design;
？ 具备机械和液压产品知识者优先；
Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic products is a plus;
？ 熟练掌握AutoCAD/UG和PC 技能；
Good command of AutoCAD / UG and PC skills;
？ 良好的口头和书面英文技巧，良好的沟通能力，团队精神；
Good oral and written English skill. Good communication skill and team player
？ 有SKD 装配和本地化经验者优先；
SKD assembly and localization experience preferred.
