5、有良好的工作协调能力和沟通能力,认真负责、敬业、良好的人际关系和团队合作精神；
6、能够参与系统开发的用户需求了解，熟悉业务逻辑并根据用户需求建立友好的系统界面原型；
7、熟悉网站建设的流程和网页设计制作流程，能独立完成中小型网站页面设计，有成功的网页设计案例；
