Responsibilities:

Add new orders in QFU and PFU after receiving the PO from buyer or MA
Update the QFU and PFU according to signed PI, after MA validation.
Ask supplier for the production schedule (cc to MA) and updated in QFU and PFU.

Send updated QFU to each ally before leaving office.
Push supplier for the schedule if not receiving it for a long time or ask MA to help push.
Send inspection booking form to supplier according to QS instruction.

Help QS push supplier to apply for inspection.
Update the SRC date in PFU according to QS instruction.
Double check the PFU with all the correct information, including the PO & PI receives date & exact value and SRC date.
Update inspection invoice follow up and send the original invoice to headoffice before 10^th of each month.
