GENERAL missions
- Familiar with European quality requirements.
- Define the quality needs of the Ally for different product families (lighting and electrical tools).
- Validation of the qualification and production.
- Help to validate the packaging and instruction manual.
- Organize, participate, prepare, put in place and apply the decisions made by the A.R.E.N.A. sourcing office quality manager.
- Be contact with lab or inspection company frequently.
- Responsible of the quality budget.
- Work under pressure and be able to travel.
- Know how to make factory audit.
- Management of complaints, after sales, and National administration issues.
- Strong Computer skills.

KNOWLEDGE required

- Knowledge of the regulations and standards aspect.
- Technical ability, ability to use DIY products.
- Quality control expertise importing.
- Multicultural knowledge.
- Read, write and speak English

EDUCATION professional experience

- University studies in Mechanical or Technology.
- Significant experience in an international non-food Quality context. Factory, laboratory or mass merchandising.
