Missions :

• Supervise the global design process of the company
• Ensure the development of new product ideas from sketch to production
• Ensure the graphic design of product brochures and flyers
• Ensure the supervision of a new web site
• Develop our communication and presentation tools through new supports (Facebook, Tweeter, Alibaba)
• Develop new merchandising tools ( catalogue and selection tools on tablet PC)
• Support to Merchandising team in arranging daily tasks (picture refining, logo positioning)
• Ensure that our catalogue contents is permanently freshly updated with new products
• Ensure that all our pictures and graphic tools are always in a similar quality spirit.

工作职责：

• 监督公司的总体设计流程
• 确保新产品创意开发从草图到生产
• 确保产品的小册子和传单的平面设计
• 确保监督一个新的网站
• 开发新的支持，通过我们的沟通和演示工具
• 开发新的营销工具（目录和平板电脑上的选择工具）
• 支持采购团队安排日常任务（图片修改，标识定位）
• 确保我们的目录内容与新产品的更新
• 确保我们所有的图片和图形工具始终有统一风格

Requested qualities :

• To be a fully trustworthy person
• Be very active
• Have a good capacity of creation
• Be very good at sketching
• Taste for picture taking
• Be able to touch multiple design fields without getting disturbed
• Be able to smoothly communicate in English language with foreign Manager

Experience requested :

• Maturity of mind is more essential than a long experience
• Design degree (product, packaging, graphic, web)
• Ability to make a product prototype on his own
• English must be VERY good
• Preferred experience in bags, suitcases, packaging, display industries

经验要求：

• 成熟的心态比长期经验更重要
• 设计专业学历（产品，包装，平面，网页）
• 有动手生产模型的能力
• 英语必须是非常好的
• 有箱包，包装，展示品行业经验优先

Offered Terms :

• Basic salary 3.0 - 4.5 K RMB net / month depending on qualification
• Bonus (0.5 - 2.0 K RMB net) paid monthly according to targets
• Social Insurance
• 2 Years work contract

• 奖金0.5-2.0千，根据能力表现
