1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager

2.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责及责任:

2.1 Set up production lines/work cells. Develop and procure necessary tooling, jigs and fixtures, detailed SOP, assembly process manual to support the manufacturing process and design specifications.

2.2 Participate in new product trial run. Check the process, control and correct wrong process, analysis and improve productivity.

2.3 Resolve manufacturing problems, clarify, improve, and streamline processes to create a more efficient and effective manufacturing environment. Identify problems, its root causes, short-term fix, long-term corrective action and implementation plan.
2.4 Write instruction of manufacturing.

2.5 Any production operation/ assignment as requested.

3.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:日常工作关系

3.3 OEM factory

4.0 Qualification:

4.1. B.S. in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

4.2 Familiar with factory manufacturing/assembly process, Experience in Sheet metal process, and PCBA build process.

4.3 Should be a strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and priorities.
4.4. Must be hands-on, intuitive and solution-oriented with good communication skills

4.5 Have knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5s, TQC. Prefer to have experience utilizing 6 Sigma & Lean principles.

4.6 Able to work with minimum or no supervision

4.7 Strong problem solving capacity in process.
