General job Description: 工作职责描述
- Perform inline & final inspection according to the pre production sample comments from the technician in charge. Use official forms, get signature from factory and ensure that all relevant parties get informed about potential problems on time.根据相关技术人员的PPS产前样意见来执行中期检验和尾期检验. 使用标准的验货报告表格,由工厂签字确认验货结果, 确保所有的相关公司内外人员及时知晓潜在的问题.
- Record production progress and report to the department head 记录描述货物的生产进程, 并且向生产经理汇报有关情况
- Provide technical support to our manufacturers before and during production 在大货生产之前或生产进程中,对我们的工厂提供技术上的支持
- Perform individually requested tests before production start, such as: checking of color lots within all fabric rolls (fabric roll cutting check), perform shade band test, counter check interlining fusing conditions according to the given instruction (by technician), follow up washing test (according to the care label instruction)在货物生产之前开展相关检测, 例如: 检验所有布匹的匹头样的匹差, 检验缸差,根据技术员要求检验粘村的情况, 依据水洗标的标准来检验水洗的测试, 等等
- Update “QC handfile”(All documents and worksheets are sent by the merchandiser to the QC. The QC has to sort them according to the given checklist and file them for further use)更新QC 的工作手册(所有的文件和工作资料会由业务员提供给QC, QC必须根据清单整理相关资料,备份它们作为将来可能的用途)
- Attend weekly production meetings in our office. Bring production output samples for better understanding 参加每周在办公室举行的生产部门会议, 增加对当季度货物样品的工艺理解.
- In case of garment defects which cannot be repaired the QC must send selected samples to office together with proper report with size and color breakdown for further negotiation with buyer and factory 如果大货服装有不可修复的疵点,QC 必须选择有代表性的样品衣服, 并且快递回办公室, 并且在验货报告里描述清楚该样品的尺码/颜色等特性, 以便我们买家和工厂对产品质量的协商有所依据.
