Main Responsibility/主要职责

- Responsible for appointed projects installation(mainly sample installation) and installation management on jobsite, including schedule, cost, quality and safety.

- 负责管理好指定项目的现场安装（主要是样品）及安装管理，包括项目计划、成本控制、质量控制和安全管理；

- Responsible for repair and maintenance ,including the replacement of the broken parts for both blinds and control system ,program readjusting ,product condition check and evaluation.

- 负责维修及维护，包含百叶及控制系统损坏部件的更换及控制系统的参数调整，产品状况的检查及评估。

- Responsible for the training of installation for Subcontractors, the supervision and management of subcontractor concerning installation;

- 负责分包商的安装培训及分包商安装的监督及管理；

- Deal with the customer complaints timely and effectively follow the company regulation, meet the needs of customers.

- 按公司规定及时有效地处理客户投诉，满足客户需求；

- Participate in building、implementing、and optimizing the management system for the project department, improve the work efficiency.

- 参与部门管理制度的建立、执行与优化，提高工作效率；

- Have good team spirit and cooperate closely with other team members.

- 具有团队精神，能与其他团队成员密切配合；

- Communicate with clients, especially the project management and technical team of the clients

- 与客户交流，特别是客户的项目管理及技术团队；

- Report to Project Manager

- 向项目经理报告；

- Cooperate closely with sales and application team;

- 与销售及技术团队紧密合作。

Position Requirement/职位要求

- technical secondary in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; with electrician certificate

- 中专学历，机械专业或电气工程设备或类似专业. 有电工证.

- Working Experience: At least 2 years of good proven working experience in equipment installation,in wiring and piping,in building construction field;

- 2年以上设备安装，布管布线或房屋建筑领域安装的工作经验；

- Knowledge of how to use electrical tools,electricity;be able to read drawings of both installation and wiring and piping.

- 具备电动工具使用能力及用电相关知识，能够读懂安装及布管布线图纸；

- Be able to use office software;

- 能熟练使用办公软件；

- Be able to speak fluent mandarin,be able to read simple English.

- 普通话流利，能够读懂简单英文；

- Excellent communication and organization skills.

- 出色的沟通组织能力；

- High sense of responsibility, well organized with teamwork spirit;

- 高度的责任感及团队协作精神；

- Has the potential to grow to be a project engineer and be able to take more responsibility

- 有潜力成长为项目工程师，能够承担更多的责任。

- Willing to travel frequently.

- 愿意经常出差。
