岗 位 职 责:
1、作为项目业务咨询经理，主要负责CRM的业务需求分析与规划，并支持解决方案的项目。
2、支持售前工作，支持解决方案专家与项目进度需完成任务与交付件。

任职要求：
1、3年以上CRM BA管理经验，至少担任过3个与CRM项目有关的业务咨询与分析规划的工作，能独立思考，制作简报材料，汇报技巧及沟通能力强。
2、能经常出差，态度诚恳，主动积极负责任，配合度佳，认同专家的指导，能主动建立良好的客户关系。
3、有汽车管理软件相关项目经验及CRM管理经验或曾担任CRM BA优先。
4、擅长和客户沟通，CRM管理有一定的经验与兴趣，能接受新观念与知识，有独立思考与见解独到的能力。了解分析工具（Cognos, SQL Server）或对Oracle Siebel有经验尤佳。
