Area of Responsibilities:
Sales order
1.Responsible for all sales orders from BU, SU’s and 3rd party customers for LMS and LBS business, order check, confirmation, and delivery arrangement
2.Customer service for logistics issues
3.Maintainance of SAP sales data

Shipments arrangement
1.Shipment arrangement for local and abroad customers
2.Customs clearance for export shipments

Others:
1.Participate in DBS Kaizen activities for continuous improvement
2.Sales report on weekly base

Person Specification:
1.Bachelor degree or above in logistics
2.2 or more years of order processing experience in manufacturing company
3.MRP principle and knowledge, SAP experience
4.Order processing experience
5.Professional: Mechanical/Business/Engineering
6.Coordinate skill
7.Strong communication skill with people has different culture background.
