Responsibilities:

1. Research, identify, and recruit distributors for the sale of FARO products;

2. Sign FARO distributors following FARO’s third party qualification process and using FARO’s global distributor agreement form;

3. Provide and/or coordinate technical and sales support to the distributor to aid in exceeding the annual sales target;

4. Evaluate and monitor distributor’s results and behaviors in the marketplace to ensure the results and behaviors exceed FARO’s expectations;

5. Ensure all FARO distributors understand, agree to, and adhere to FARO’s third party and anti-corruption policies;

6. Complete an annual review with each distributor in Q1 to renegotiate distribution contract with FARO, including discount and sales target;

7. Work as part of the sales team to generate ideas for sales opportunities, processes and systems;

8. Inform clients of new products and software solutions as they are announced or released;

9. Provide strategic inputs, identify and report on potential opportunities to achieve additional sales opportunities within distribution channels.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent;

2. Possess at least three years working experience managing a non-direct sales channel;

3. Possess knowledge of 3-dimensional measurement, surveying, point clouds, and/or computer aided manufacturing (CAM);

4. Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel;

5. Excellent communication skills;

6. TOEIC Listening and Reading minimum score of 550 (275/275);

7. Ability to work effectively individually and as a team member.
