Responsibilities:

· Verify product reliability, testing installation; feature enhancement and bug fixes

· Processing, investigation and classification of customer complaints and enquiries.

· Provision of a timely and satisfactory response to customer enquiries.
Liaison with product specialists, Quality Systems Manager and other in-house groups to resolve issues and customer complaints.

· Experimental design and /or performance of hands on laboratory studies to aid in problem resolution.

· Communication of problem resolutions and/or investigation outcomes to all appropriate personnel.

· Development of processes and procedures to improve troubleshooting efficiency.

Requirements:

1) Competencies: Skills, Experience

· Experienced in software testing, experienced in designing and writing test plan, test case, test report, 1 year testing experience

· Experience in defect management and defect tracking, working with project managers and development team to track the defect to closure

· Relevant experience in working on Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufactory (CAD/CAM) software testing is highly preferred

· Thorough understanding of the CAD/CAM software functions, especially how they relate to driver.

· Knowledge of most manufacturing machines and technology

· Experience in SheetMetal Industry is a strong plus.

· Must be able to speak and write in English

· Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude

· Interact well with technical teams, business owners and project managers

3) Leadership Competencies:

· Follow direction and keep peers and manager informed of progress, changes and issues

4) Minimum Educational Level:

· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanic Engineering or Computer Science
