Job responsibility:

1、Understand customer needs and design products for various customer segments

2、Manage existing business partnership and ensure high quality services are provided to customers

3、Full cycle project management to launch products with new business partners

4、Assist in new partnership development and business expansion into new geographical areas

5、Work with Sales and Channels to expand product distribution network

6、Assist in ideation and development of quarterly marketing plans and various marketing campaigns

7、Plan and execute marketing programs with multiple offices and sales team

8、Conduct market and customer research

9、Regularly track and analyze marketing program results and make sound recommendations

10、Manage all marketing materials, budget and control cost

11、Improve website traffic through online marketing, and drive website optimization

12、Build and maintain good relationship with external partners and vendors

13、Other duties as assigned by the superior

Qualification:

1、Bachelor or Master Degree, preferred in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communication

2、At least 8 years of experience in Marketing, Consumer Finance /Banking experience preferred

3、Outstanding communication and presentation skills, fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English

4、Strong market sensitivity and creative thinking

5、Self-motivated and team work

6、Good project management and co-ordination skills, be able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

7、Proficient with MS Excel, Powerpoint

8、Travel required
