岗位职责：

1 Manage, direct & conduct inspections of site executed works by contractors as per <Project Execution Plan> and applicable project procedures and standards.
依据项目执行计划和适用的项目程序与标准，对承包商的现场工作进行管理、指导和检查。
2 Monitor CSA construction progress, to ensure progress is in alignment with milestones & project completion dates, take counter measures to address deviations and delays.
监督CSA施工进度，确保和里程碑及项目完成日期吻合，采取对策纠正偏差或延误。
Collect and set up a statistics/database of completed CSA workload, update everyday and report progress to CM/PM on a regular basis.
搜集并建立已完CSA土建工作的数据统计，每日更新并以正规的形式向CM/PM汇报结果
3 Ensure that contractors receive all necessary drawings and project related documents. Carry out the following functions relative to contractor documentation:
确保承包商收到所有必需的图纸和项目文件，针对承包商文档管理采取以下措施：
-Review document requirements and issue dates for CSA items with contractors during pre-award meeting.
澄清会期间就CSA部分，和承包商一起审核文件要求和发布日期
-Communicate with the contractors on technical matters and ensure that action is taken where necessary. Provide guidance and technical support to resolve construction problems.
就技术问题与承包商沟通并确保采取必要的措施。提供指导和技术支持以解决施工问题。
-Review/comments on the <Construction Execution Plan/Quality Plan> submitted by contractors regarding the CSA discipline work scope.
针对CSA专业的工作范围，对施工承包商提交的施工组织设计和质量大纲提出审核意见
-Review and approve all related Method Statements, ITP submitted by construction contractors for CSA discipline, etc.
针对CSA专业，审核并批准施工承包商提交的施工方案和检试验计划
-Verify accuracy of as-built drawings and supporting documentation for project closure.
核实竣工图的准确性，支持项目关闭所需的文档工作。
4 Conduct regularly scheduled construction coordination meetings with contractors to discuss:
参加定期的施工协调会，与承包商讨论：
?Work in progress施工进度
?Coordination of site construction activities
?现场施工协调
?Resolve site conflicts and address problems
?解决现场矛盾并明确问题
?Progress Status in respect to master schedule, milestones & look ahead schedules

5 Report project status to CM/PM on a daily basis, advise the construction manager of:
以正规的方式汇报项目状态，建议施工经理：
-Any major shortages and the reason and propose corrective action.
指出主要的不足及其原因， 合理化建议纠正措施
-Take a proactive role in addressing and resolving discipline interface conflicts.
在专业界面的矛盾上，扮演前摄性的角色说明并解决问题
6 Carry out the following functions relative to contractor activities:
针对承包商活动执行以下职责：
-Monitor contractor’s daily CSA work activities and record the key operations of CSA construction, attaching photos for reference.
监督承包商每天的CSA工作内容，并辅以照片和文档记录CSA 施工的关键步骤
-Take appropriate actions against any deviations of time schedule, safety, quality and progress according to contract & report findings to CM.
根据合同文本采取恰当的措施纠正与时间进度、安全、质量和工艺相背离的施工偏差，并将结果汇报给CM
-Verify the “Witness” and “Hold” points in conjunction with QA/QC representatives for tests, inspections and activities based on approved ITP and verify authorized signatures.
根据批准的ITP计划，与QA/QC代表共同落实“见证点”和“停检点”的测试、检查和签字确认
- Initiate and lead the set up and execution of punch list work and be responsible for clo sure and final documentation
起草并主持罗列尾项清单和消项工作，负责尾项关闭和终交文件
7 Interface with all Third Parties regarding CSA works.
明确CSA工作与所有第三方的界面分工
8 Support ITB document preparation, prepare technical quotation evaluation for CSA related change order management and verify Quantity Survey of CSA discipline units.
支持ITB招标技术文件准备，就CSA相关的变更管理准备相应的技术报价评估，并落实CSA专业的工程量测定。
9 Liaise with design engineers to jointly inspect site work installation and resolve design conflicts
联系设计工程师共同检查现场施工，解决设计矛盾
10 Monitor and enforce material control protocols and good housekeeping practices
监督并加强材料控制的程序和良好的文明施工做法
11 Interface with other disciplines for CSA hand over sequence and documentation.
就CSA专业的中交步骤和文档，落实与其它专业的界面
12 Enforce HSE rules practices and regulations at all times
自始至终加强HSE规则条例的执行

任职资格：

1.Bachelors degree:本科学历
· Civil Engineering土建工程
· Structure Engineering结构工程
· Architecture Engineering建筑物工程
· Relevant discipline Engineering相关的专业学科

2.Minimum of 5 years of field related engineering experience or 8 years of hands on technical and managerial experience in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical or related industry facility
最少5年的有关工程经历，或8年的在石化、化工、医药或相关工业方面从事技术和管理的经历

· Effective communication skills and computer literacy in English and Mandarin are mandatory
· 必须具备有效的沟通技巧和计算机常识，在中英文方面
· Self starter that aggressively asserts him/her self as a leader and motivates others
· 作为带头人，有强烈的自信心和激励意识
· Previous work experience with a multi-national company preferred but not mandatory
· 最好先前有跨国公司的工作经历
· Good English skills required, oral and written
· 有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
· Practical knowledge of PRC codes and International standards preferred
· 最好对国标和国际标准有实际的了解
· Technical knowledge in related disciplines like HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, etc preferred but not mandatory
· 最好具备相关专业的技术知识，如暖通HVAC，给排水，照明等
· Be able to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications
· 能够翻译技术文件、图纸和规范
· Have good organization and time management skills
· 有良好的组织和进度管理技能
· Be able to coordinate various contractors on a project
