Job Responsibilities:

1接待来访客人、收发信件、转接电话
2办公用品登记、快递费、餐费、机票费等费用结算，并对各项费用支出、流水账进行登记、管理
3公司食堂以及班车管理，并根据生产排班需求进行统计及安排
4负责办公室仓库的保管工作，做好物品出入库的登记
5协助人事行政部门完成员工考勤的统计及校对，以及员工生日管理
6协助经理完成其他工作事宜　

Requirements:
Education and major 教育程度及专业: College . Administration Management, English,etc
Working Experience工作经验: 1+ year experience in admin
Expertise / Skills技能: Good MS Skill, smooth communication, good written & spoken English
Personal Attributes个性: Careful, customer service oriented
