Position Keywords: Garment merchandiser
Job Function: Garment development and following up.
Responsibilities:
1,sourcing suitable garment factory. Have an understanding of the factory capabilities, capacities.
2.Assist in the briefing of costing requests to suppliers and the cost negotiation process
3. Daily communication flow interface between head office and factories:
4. Request and chase samples and check prior to sending to head office.
5, follow up on any production issues and lead time. resolve in conjunction with Merchandise Manager and head office Coordinators
1. 开发合适的成衣厂，明白新工厂的技能产能。
2. 根据成本需要跟供应商议价。
3. 日常和总公司及供应商的沟通。
4. 跟进样衣制作进度并做初步检查和筛选。
5. 跟进大货生产出现的问题，包括货期的跟进。

Requirement:
1. Min 1 year experience in kid’s Ladies ware
2. College graduates or above with good command of English
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Be able to travel any where in China

1. 大专以上学历，一年以上服装跟单工作经验；有成衣厂开发经验， 熟悉制衣行业跟单整套流程，能有效的统筹协调工厂与独立工作能力,有工厂资源者优先。
2. 有一定英语交流能力；

4. 有较强沟通能力；责任心强，能在压力下独立开展工作，工作积极,具有上进心；
