The incumbent will be responsible for the operation function of retail shops and store development& communication function. He/she has to be self-motivated and has strong business sense on fashion and sports retail market. The job entails sales monitoring, strategic planning and execution of annual business plan and monthly focus programs, staff training and motivation, close coordination with department stores, back office support and front line staff to ensure overall performance can achieve Company’s objectives.


Main Duties:

Annual business plan development
Monthly focus planning and execution
Daily sales monitoring
Manpower planning and cost control
Retail staff training and motivation
Close and effective communication with shops, internal functions and department stores to ensure smooth and proper operation at shop level
Keep strong communication with Department Store and development retail store for business extend
Work close with direct retail buying team for goods distribution
Supervise the team on shop operation and staff management to achieve
Company’s goals and assigned sales targets


Requirements:

College graduate in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a well-established retail environment, experience in shop level operation is a must
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good planning, organizing and supervisory skills
Good numeric and strong business sense
Could work under pressure and be a good team member
Proficient in both English and Chinese
