职位描述：
? 负责建设航空发动机装配、试车、零件加工的工装设计技术体系、标准体系及供应商管控体系；
? 负责组织装配、试车的关键工装技术攻关，跟踪航空发动机装配新技术和新结构的发展状态，提出工装设计发展规划；
? 负责组织装配、试车工装设计、制造和验证；
? 负责工装设计、制造供应商管控；
? 负责本部门管理标准、工作标准及业务工作流程；
? 负责对外合作项目的技术谈判，负责编制相关技术文件；
? 负责关键、复杂工装使用维护说明书编制；
? 负责发动机装配、试车、零件加工过程中工装技术问题处理、技术把关和技术决策。

职位要求：
? 具有10年或以上航空发动机、燃气轮机、汽轮机等相关大型企业或相关科研院所工装设计和制造工作经验（硕士研究生可放宽至7年或以上工作经验，博士研究生可放宽至5年或以上工作经验），能独立开展工作，对工装设计和制造有深入了解，能解决复杂的工装设计、制造问题；
? 具有全日制材料或工程类相关专业本科及以上学历，且获得学士及以上学位，毕业于211或985高校者优先；
? 通过大学英语四级考试（或具备同等以上英语水平），具有一定的英语听说读写能力；
? 掌握UG、AOTUCAD等软件应用；
? 具有较强的组织策划和沟通协调能力。
