岗位职责：

1、参与（或组织）新产品或产品改进后的工业化工作,满足产品功能、工艺（流程、参数、方法）、节拍、防错、安全、效率等;以及项目时间节点的要求；

Participate (or organize) industrialization for new products and EC, to meet the requirements of products func tion, process flows, parameters, methods, pace of production, Poka-Yoke, safety, efficiency…

and whole project milestones;

2、参与新设备、新工装、新设施的技术交流、选型、安装、调试、培训等工作；

Participate in new equipment, new tool, new facility for technical exchange, selection, installation,

adjustment, trail, training

3、负责已经投产的生产设备的正常运行，对生产设备的完好率负责；

Responsibility for the production equipment running well, responsibility for the production equipment in

good condition;

4、组织编制、改进和实施预防维修计划；

Establish, improve and implement TPM;
5、组织编制备件计划,保持合理的备件的库存;

Build up spare part plan, maintain reasonable inventory;
6、负责设备的安全并遵守合法的安全操作规程；

Responsible for the safety of the equipment ruuning and to comply with the legal safety regulations;
7、改进完善设备工装器具；

Optimize tooling and equipment;
8、指导和培训维修作业人员；

Guide and train maintenance operators.
9、安排的其他相关工作。

Other tasks as assigned.

岗位要求：

1、机械或机械自动化专业本科学历。

University or above majored in mechanical and mechatronics.

2、机械及机电一体化的专业知识技能。

Professional knowledge and skills of mechanical and mechatronics.
3、精通AotuCAD, Solidworks等相关制图软件。

Familiar with AutoCAD and Solidwork sand other software.
4、1年以上生产制造型企业相关工作经验，优秀的应届毕生亦可考虑。

Over 1 year relevant work experience in Manufacturing.
5、精通Office等相关软件。

Proficient PC skills especially MS Office.
6、必须具有良好英语沟通能力。
Excellent english communication capability is a must.
