Logistics Planner

Responsibilities:

- Prepare the document for smooth customer delivery and send invoice.

- Prepare and release materials Purchase Orders on time and follow up the PO frequently to make ensure on time delivery.

- Familiar with MRP calculation. Good communication with sales, engineering, production and quality department to ensure material availability for production and customer needs.

- Monitor the inventory level in VMI warehouse.

- Assist with product packaging.

- Assist with shipping/receiving of materials.

- Conduct product cycle counts/inventory checks.

- Review/analyze current operation and propose solutions for overall savings.

- Other assignments required by management.

Qualifications:

- Major in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

- 1 year related working experience in material planning or supply chain management Working experience in an industrial setting is required.

- Good ERP system operations skills. Kindgee is preferred.

- Good oral and written English. CET-4 or above level.

- Proficient at Excel.
